The industrial organizations such as Santha biotech, Hetro drugs, and prominent IT Industries like Satyam computer services limited, Wipro Technologies, Syntel, U.S., Technologies, Efftronics, CTS, HCL, and management Institutions like HSBC, Genpact, Capital IQ, Yes Bank, Fidelity Mutual Fund Limited are conducting campus interviews in Aditya Degree College every year. We are glad to inform that many of the final year students were selected in the campus interviews which were held in Aditya Degree College. Our Institution is playing an important role in training the students to improve their communication skills, soft skills, Aptitude, G.K. Genral English and Group discussions etc., Aditya placement and Training cell was established and while the student is in final year itself, through campus Recruitment Training, our students are trained to face interviews confidently. Our Institution is bringing forth employment opportunities to the college premises by arranging to conduct interviews by reputed companies for the bright future of student. In the present day Unemployment situation, it is not that easy for a graduate to earn Rupees. 10,000 to 20,0000 per month and continue their higher education. Such opportunities are provided to the students of Aditya, inspite of difficulties and lot of expenditure involved.
