Late Lala Baldev Krishan Garg of Moga in the year 1992 established a most prestigious Dental College & Hospital called B.R.S Institution of Medical Science at Kot Billa (Panchkula). Presently, B.R.S Dental College & Hospital is located at Vill.

Sultanpur near Barwala on the Panchkula – Dehradun
highway just 10 Kilometers away from Panchkula. This is 15 years old institute which is affiliated to Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (Haryana), recognized by D.C.I (Dental Council of India), New Delhi and Govt. of India. Accredited with eleven batches who have passed out as dental graduates and who are doing well in higher studies and their profession. The institution is known for good academic atmosphere, research oriented work and high order of professional training. BRS General Hospital has also been established in the college campus. Its medicine and surgery departments are doing great service to the people of the backward area. Our clinics are having ultra modern equipment with OPG, X-RAY and indoor facilities for the training and research for benefit of the students and patients.

Hostel & accomodation: 
Adequate accommodation with all modern amenities in the exclusive hostel for girls situated in the college campus is available. It is compulsory for girl student to stay in the girl hostel in case they are not staying with their parents / guardians. The Hostel has power supply, water supply & a hygienic mess. Two Types of rooms are available in the hostel i.e. AC or Non-AC. So, the charges will be different as per the room type. Similarly, Boys hostel is also situated in the college campus with all the modern amenities. Security is also provided by the college. Mess services are good. Hostel rooms will be allotted to the student at the time of admission for 1 year only. Hostel Committee Dr. Bhupinder Kaur Padda Principal / Chief warden Dr. Chahat Warden Dr. Ira Warden Rules & Regulations * Rooms are allotted by the chief warden of the Hostel and rooms can only be Inter changed with the prior permission of the Chief Warden or Principal. * No students are permitted to leave the hostel without the permission of warden or Principal * Only outing leave may be granted by the warden. * In case of Medical Leave, a well qualified Govt. Doctor‘s certificate is acceptable. * Hostel Students are expected to show respect to all the members of the staff and visitors. * Each student will be individually responsible for breakage of glassware or damage to the hostel equipments. The Hostel Warden or Principal will be competent to impose any penalty in this regard which will be recovered from the students * Meals to the students will be provided by the mess contractor. The charges will be borne by the students individually and they must pay to the contractor his bill in time as decided by the college. * The student should refrain from getting any valuables like excessive cash etc. The hostel authorities will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the same. * A resident student will not be allowed to become a day scholar. If any student does so, her Admission to the hostel will be cancelled immediately. * A day scholar is not permitted to visit or stay in the hostel. * Ragging is banned within the college and hostel premises. * All the parents/guardians are requested to read the hostel rules and abide by them. They should be co-operative with the hostel authorities both in the interest of administration and the welfare of their wards. * The Principal reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete any of the hostel rules and regulations at anytime without prior notice. * The Principal/Chief Warden / Hostel Committee may inspect the hostel every now and then, in order to ensure that the residents are comfortable and are utilizing their time in a constructive manner.
