BBA or Bachelor level program in Business Administration is one of the key courses that are presently offered in the Management stream. The Eligibility Criteria of BBA is not very defined in today’s education sector. However, there are few principal criteria that should be met before any individual candidate gets admission in this course in any of the colleges, though, these eligibility criteria varies across colleges.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
- The interested candidates should be a citizen of India.
- He or she should have passed their Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination with a minimum of 40% marks.
- Also the candidates should have passed in subjects such as English at the Higher Secondary Level. This is compulsory criteria in major of the esteemed institutes that offers this prestigious course.
- Though, there is no specific age bar as such that should be assessed before the admission but still the age bar in some of the institutes is a minimum of 17 years and should be a maximum of 22 years as on the date of the admission.
- Also the candidate at the time of the admission should be mentally fit as well physically fit.
- Moreover the candidate should not hold any criminal records in any of the Legal Institutes of either state or national level.
- Also the individual candidates should be a resident of the state of the college in which it is located. (This is known as Domicile criteria.)
Duration of course:
The Course of BBA is of three years in duration.
