The one year full time Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) is uniquely designed to deliver Customer-Centricity, Meritocracy and Corporate Ethics in one year. It facilitates students to understand the interactions between the various functional areas of a business system and thereby appreciate the need for developing cross-functional perspectives in business. This highly intensive program demands a high caliber of students, with a proven record of academic brilliance along with an ability to demonstrate vision, initiative, leadership and hard work.
The PGPM course will meet the emerging trends in imparting management skills to the students and help them in making value enhancing decisions
Post-Graduate Global Executive Program in Management (PGXPM)
As part of the (inevitable) Globalization of Businesses and hence the business management practices, Great Lakes has revamped the Executive MBA program - meant for the identified fast-track senior managers to be groomed into General Managers and future Business Leaders – and renamed it as “Post-Graduate Global Executive Program in Management (PGXPM)”
The Post Graduate Global Executive Program in Management for Executives is Great Lakes' answer to unfolding global changes in business perspectives. It helps to lift one's career beyond expectations with an international life-changing experience. This six-term, rigorous, fully mentored program takes the work experience of the participants into consideration and focuses on sets of core courses in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Human Resource Management.
Admission criteria
1. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is the primary qualifying criteria.
2. Should be a high performance middle / senior / manager with strong leadership potential and communication skills.
3. Complete application packet: the application, letter of recommendation, letter of sponsorship from the applicant's organization, photocopies of the educational certificates.
4. The selection process will include written test, group discussions and interviews besides screening for academic performance and quality of work experience.
5. Clarity of purpose in pursuing executive management education as evidenced by performance in interview and overall assessment of academic achievements will be the basis for final selection.
