Situated on a 5 acre land in Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, the upcoming IWSB campus reflects Contemporary Architecture on one hand and Simplicity and Functionality on the other. Assisted by TERI, the “Green” campus is one of its kind in this region. It has been designed to address different kinds of spaces, for working, formal and informal interactions, recreation etc. It will be well lit with natural lighting, and has lots of open spaces as well as space for movement indoors and outdoors. The Administrative, Academic and Residential Blocks are going to be interconnected, and each is centrally air-conditioned. Hostel & accomodation:

Residential Block: This block is likely to be ready by 2010. As per the Architect’s design the Residential block will have capacity to house over 500 students and executives, and will have spacious rooms with attached bath and all other amenities. It will be centrally air-conditioned.
