First Allotment

Candidates opting for more than one course in single registration number would be allotted a seat in the courses in order of preference given by him/her. The other lower preferred options would not be considered once a seat has been allotted to the applicant in the course of higher priority.

The first list of provisionally admitted applicants would be declared with the allotment of their first choice according to the available seats and order of merit.

These provisionally admitted candidates would be informed about the allotment and fee details on the University website and through SMS.

All such candidates have to deposit the admission fees (seat confirmation fees) within three days of declaration of allotment.

Candidates who were allotted a seat in the first round of allotment but did not submit the admission fees (seat confirmation fees), would not be considered for any further admission process.

Second Allotment

Candidates who filled their choices but did not get any seat allotment in the first round would be eligible for seat allotment in final allotment in the second round.

The second round of seat allotment will be made against vacant seats available after the first round of allotment. This process would be initiated after the due date for depositing the fees is over in the first allotment.

There is no fresh choice submission in second round of counselling. Choices submitted before first round allotment will be considered in this round of allotment.

Third Allotment

The third round of allotment would be made against the remaining vacant seats after the second round of counselling.

Candidates who filled their choices but did not get any seat allotment in the first two rounds would be eligible for seat allotment in final allotment in the third round.

Candidates who were allotted a seat in the earlier two rounds of allotment but did not deposit the seat confirmation fees after the first and second allotment would not be considered for any further admission process.

Seat Confirmation Fee (Admission Fee Deposition)

Candidate will deposit the fees within given time limit towards his/her allotment to ensure admission to the University. The fees can be deposited at the SBI site through all the modes that were available earlier in registration process.

Candidates who fail to deposit the fees within the time frame given would lose their right for admission in the University. Such candidates would not be considered during the re-allotment and further processes.
