Campus recruitment has become one of the primary activities in the student's college life. To make it still more useful & productive, placement trainings are conducted which focuses more on behavioral skills than on the aptitude skills. The students of department of Computer Science of Meenakshi College For Women were trained by Ma Foi , one of the best training academy. The Training classes were scheduled totally for 50hours.Two classes per week included a soft skill session also the aptitude session .The soft skill classes were aimed at training students to face the interview, how to participate emerge successful in group discussion and mainly to give them confidence brush of their tears of facing the interview. Our pioneering efforts have borne fruits in achieving academic-industrial rapport and we are proud that our students are absorbed by leading giants in the industrial firmament.
