Shoolini school is established in the year 2004 with a vision for excellence in basic sciences. Change is incessant. Adapting to it and turning threats into opportunities is what management education is all about. While all management schools endeavor to equip new talents with knowledge, skills, and tools to turn around these posed threats, we at SILB care to go beyond. At School of Business Management, SILB we also inculcate and develop a sense of ‘Judgment’ which is the foundation for a life time in an ever changing challenging environment.
Our passion is to create that brand of Business Managers, Entrepreneurs, and Business leaders who are predictable in most unpredictable circumstances and promising not only to business, but to the society at large. We work towards creation of proactive Business Managers who serve as role models in the corporate world and are bestowed with the best leadership, knowledge and creative abilities in all spheres of life. We are positive that in the School of Business Management at SILB, we will create a human resource in whom potential is intrinsic and from whom results are certain.
It is bliss to be a part of culture called SILB where students build castles and we lay "Foundation" to help them turn it into reality.
Formed under the aegis of the Foundation for Life Sciences and Business Management, a non- profitable organization, SILB (Shoolini Institute of Life Sciences and Business Management) is the culmination of the life long dream of several internationally renowned academicians and business leaders - A dream to help build India's burgeoning Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Information Technology Industry by developing a world class institute. It aims at developing leaders in the said areas by providing adequate interaction with experts and exposure to R&D institutes and industrial setups.
