2. Majority institutes which offer just degrees.
The toughest challenge faced by the majority of MBA aspirants is evaluation the ranking institute which is made tougher due to lack of knowledge, insufficient publicity of all MBA institutes in India and abroad.
List of MBA Colleges and Institutes
Although numerous B school rankings may be published every year, it rarely if ever alters the recruiter's pecking order. Further more very few institutes help with best job posting. For 'class' or the jobs requiring brainwork, it's a select few institutes. For 'mass' or the groundwork jobs, it's down the B school ladder.
Many new sectors openings in retail, insurance, BPO, telecom makes more job opportunities. But the B school you graduate from often still determines what kind of position you would be hired for. Many companies follow differential recruitment policies. Better salary, designation and job profiles are offered to the more premium grads. Several reputed companies -- especially Indian ones -- prefer to recruit from less elite campuses.
